The Bremen Town Musicians

Once upon a time, on a quiet German farm, there lived an old donkey who had worked very hard his whole life. Every morning, he carried heavy loads and helped the farmer with his work. But deep in his heart, the donkey had a special dream. He loved to listen to the birds singing in the trees and the wind making music through the leaves. One sunny morning, as he stood in the farmyard, the donkey made a wonderful decision. "I want to be a musician!" he said to himself with excitement. "I will go to Bremen, the musical town, and join the town band!" His eyes sparkled with hope as he imagined himself making beautiful music. The donkey felt so happy about his dream that he began to practice right away, letting out his loudest, most musical bray. "Hee-haw! Hee-haw!" he sang joyfully. This was the beginning of a magical adventure about friendship and working together.
