The Clever Fox and the Forest Friends

Once upon a time, in a beautiful European forest filled with tall trees and singing birds, there lived many animal friends. One sunny morning, all the forest animals gathered around the biggest, tallest tree they had ever seen. High up in its branches hung the most delicious-looking fruit - red and juicy and perfect for breakfast. The animals looked up, up, up at the fruit, but it was so very high! They stretched their necks and stood on their tippy-toes, but the fruit was still too far away. Forest Bear was there, and Rabbit, and Squirrel, and many other friends. They all felt hungry and frustrated because the fruit looked so tasty, but none of them could reach it. The tree was just too tall, and the fruit was just too high up in the sky.
