The Dreamcatcher
Once upon a time, in a peaceful Native American village by the great lakes, there lived two little children named Little Bear and Morning Star. Every evening, as the sun painted the sky in soft colors of orange and pink, their loving parents would tuck them into their cozy beds. The children would snuggle under warm blankets made from soft deer hide, and their mother would sing gentle lullabies that sounded like the wind through the trees. Little Bear would close his eyes and think of running through meadows, while Morning Star would dream of dancing with butterflies. The village was quiet and safe, and the children felt loved and protected as they drifted off to sleep, not knowing that soon their peaceful nights would be troubled by frightening visitors.
