Every morning, he would wake up and try to walk like the big kangaroos. But oh my! His legs would wobble and shake. Step, wobble, tumble down! Young Kangaroo would land softly on the red earth with a gentle thump. The sparse trees watched him with their quiet branches. But Young Kangaroo was very determined. He would brush the red dust from his fur, take a deep breath, and try again. Step, wobble, tumble! But he always got back up. His little heart was full of hope, even when his legs felt all mixed up.
