The Mountain Echo — scene 1

Once upon a time, high in the beautiful Himalayan mountains, there lived a little girl who loved to call out to the peaks. Her name was Mountain Child, and she had the clearest, sweetest voice you have ever heard. Every morning, she would stand in the green valley near her home, cup her hands around her mouth, and call out joyfully to the towering mountains that surrounded her like gentle giants. The mountains were so tall they seemed to touch the clouds, and their snowy peaks sparkled like diamonds in the morning sun. Mountain Child wore her traditional burgundy robe with golden embroidery, and she always carried a small prayer flag with sacred symbols. When she called out to the mountains, her voice was full of pure happiness and wonder. She felt so connected to these ancient peaks, as if they were her oldest friends listening to every word she said.
